Retreat Cancellation Policy- Terms and conditions

Your place will only be confirmed once a £250 non-refundable deposit has been paid to Sally Parkes Yoga.

Payment plans may be arranged directly at our discretion, at no extra charge.

Full payment must be received no later than 30 days before the retreat start date.

If for any reason you cannot attend the retreat you have booked, the following cancellation fees apply:

If you cancel 1-30 days before the retreat you will not be eligable for a refund, and you will be charged 100% of the retreat price.

If you cancel 31-60 days before the retreat you will be charged 50% of the retreat price.

If you cancel 60 or more or more days before the retreat you will be offered a refund of all monies paid minus the £250 non-refundable deposit and a £25 admin fee.

We recommend that you take out insurance to cover your costs, in the event that you have to cancel or curtail your retreat for reasons including adverse weather and sickness.

If we, the organisers, Sally Parkes Yoga Ltd, have to cancel the event, we will either transfer your booking to a later date or offer you a full refund.

By registering and paying the deposit for a retreat, you are agreeing to this policy. Thank you for your consideration.
